We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if we decide to work together, to scope and deliver the work. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you started.
Your submission is stored in our business pipeline, which runs on Notion, and is seen only by KS Consulting. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it to train external AI models. This mirrors the confidentiality commitment in our client engagement terms.
We keep your information while your inquiry is active and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together and a reasonable period after, to meet our business and record-keeping needs. If your inquiry does not lead anywhere, we remove it on request or during routine cleanup.
